Growth Manager - San Francisco, CA

Liveli is hiring its next Growth Manager. He/She will be responsible for acquiring new local businesses and helping to extend existing relationships into more opportunities starting in the Bay Area. 

Liveli is the easiest way to hire in the service sector and is quickly growing within the Bay Area, with plans to extend to new markets within the year. 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of direct inside sales
  • Has a proven record as an SDR & Closer
  • Previous startup experience 
  • New market expansion experience 
  • Top performer from previous teams
  • Has grown with his/her sales team at previous company
  • Has outbound calling experience
  • Has a competitive background
  • Has an insatiable appetite for knowledge 

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to 30 new companies a day
  • Maintain and close new relationships monthly
  • Help guide the SDR process and lead the company's growth efforts with team
  • Analyze and segment customers into actionable plans based on sales efforts
  • Minimum of 30 calls a day.

Marketing MANAGER - SAN FRANCISCO, CA

Liveli is getting ready to expand out of the Bay Area. We have a proven sales model that has resulted in multiple months of 20-50% m/m growth. We’re now looking to add accelerant to that fire by bringing a marketer to our team. You’ll be responsible for the practical aspects of day-to-day marketing and work with our CEO on messaging and positioning.
You’ll be responsible for all of our marketing efforts and tools. You’ll be graded on the number of qualified leads that you produce for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Putting more leads in the top of our sales funnel;
  2. Engaging our leads through their customer journey;
  3. Creating and executing marketing campaigns across email, paid and earned media;
  4. (Additional contributions around job-seeker acquisition and marketing would be great)

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated academic or professional rigor. What impressive things have you done?
  • Get stuff done attitude.
  • Ability to both conceptualize and execute large projects with minimal oversight and hand holding
  • Ego-free
  • Some prior marketing experience (1-3 years) and a strong ability to learn.

  • Email (MailChimp, toutapp, etc)
  • Content (Blog, paid and earned media)
  • Internet marketing (Facebook, Twitter, AdWords, Bing, Ad Networks, etc)
  • Salesforce (CRM and Automation tools)
  • Referral marketing
  • Lead gen systems (A team overseas?)
  • Anything else you can think of :)
